I no longer have my shipping box, what can I do?
Just get in touch with us, we will send you the required packaging material for free.
What do I have to consider when returning the item?
The return is free of charge for you if you use our return label. You can find this here. So that your Geero is not damaged during transport, please note the following:
- Pack your Geero with enough packaging material, you can find a video here.
- Any front mudguard, if present, must be removed
- Remove personal items such as lights or speedometers
