Disclaimer for Test Drives

  • The prospective buyer must be at least 18 years old or complete the test ride in the presence and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Wearing a helmet during the test ride is strongly recommended.
  • The prospective buyer confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to ride a pedelec and are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair their ability to ride.
  • The prospective buyer agrees to comply with all legal requirements related to riding a pedelec, especially road traffic regulations.
  • The prospective buyer will use the pedelec personally and will not allow any third party to use it.
  • The prospective buyer will receive proper instruction on how to operate the pedelec and agrees to follow all instructions and ask questions if anything is unclear.
  • The Geero pedelec is provided in a roadworthy condition. The test ride is undertaken at the prospective buyer’s own risk.
  • The pedelec is not covered by liability or comprehensive insurance. The prospective buyer agrees to compensate for any damage they cause to the pedelec and to indemnify and hold niceshops or Geero harmless, as the owner of the pedelec, against all personal injury, property damage, and traffic violations caused by them.
  • Niceshops or Geero reserves the right to claim damages beyond the scope of these terms.
  • The pedelec remains the property of niceshops or Geero until the purchase is fully completed.
  • The test ride must not exceed a maximum duration of 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  • Data protection notice: The prospective buyer acknowledges that their personal data will be processed for the test ride purposes and to clarify any issues related to accidents.
