  • Geero Returns

    Does your Geero need some love? Or does it no longer drive as it should? That's what we're here for, whether it's just for a winter check or for a repair. You can simply send your Geero to us and we will take care of your bike.

  • What do I have to do for that?

    Contact our team by email or phone and let us know your request. Our colleagues will then discuss how to proceed with you.

    I no longer have my shipping box, what can I do?

    Just contact us, we will send you the required packaging material free of charge.

    What do I have to consider when returning the product?

    The return is free of charge for you if you use our return label. You can find it here. To ensure that your Geero is not damaged during transport, please note the following:

    • Pack your Geero with enough packing material, you can find a video here.
    • Any existing front mudguard must be removed
    • Removed personal items such as lights or speedometers

  • Guarantee

    These warranty provisions apply in addition to the terms and conditions of niceshops and take precedence in the event of different regulations.

    For all e-bikes of the Geero brand, we, niceshops GmbH, guarantee that the product corresponds to the purchase contract, ie in particular to the technical description, at the time of handover (delivery or collection). We want to satisfy you as well as possible when processing warranty cases and give you below a brief overview of the legal basis with references to the legal provisions. This information is not a substitute for sound legal advice.

    The warranty period is two years from delivery (§ 933 ABGB). After this period, you can only claim defects (damage, errors, defects, etc.) directly from the manufacturer within the framework of the manufacturer's guarantee (see guarantee). We, therefore, recommend that you check the product for damage or defects, in particular for transport damage, as soon as you hand it over and that you notify us in writing as soon as possible (contact details see below).

    If defects occur within the first 6 months after delivery, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, provided this is not incompatible with the type of defect. After this period has expired, you have to prove that the defect already existed at the time of handover (§ 924 ABGB).

    We assume no liability for defects and damage that occur afterward, in particular through unauthorised changes by you (such as conversions, additions, improper repairs), incorrect operation, accidents and the like.

    As part of the warranty, we take on the improvement by repairing or replacing the defective component or the entire Geero. If both forms of improvement would involve a disproportionate amount of effort for us, we can reject them. Instead of the improvement, you will then receive a reasonable price reduction. If the defects are not minor, you can request the termination of the purchase contract instead of the price reduction (§ 932 ABGB)

    In the case of repairs under warranty, we guarantee the use of original spare parts and - if these are no longer available - equivalent and cost-neutral components.

    The natural wear and tear of the bike (and its wearing parts) through normal use, rain, water, dirt or dust is not covered by the warranty. The following components are wearing parts, the natural wear and tear of which are excluded from the warranty with proper use and maintenance:

    • Handles and saddle
    • Pedals, chain, chainring, cassette, rear derailleur, brake pads
    • Tires and rims
    • All rotating parts that are subject to mechanical wear and / or contain bearings
    • Coating of the frame.

    In order to claim repairs within the warranty period, you must return the Geero to us. With the return label provided by our shipping partners (Post AG, DHL) you do not bear any costs for the return. You will receive detailed information about the return from us or on our website.

    In order to be able to help you as quickly as possible with delivery damage and warranty cases, we ask you to send us a precise description of the error and, if possible, photo and video material.

  • Manufacturer's warranty

    The Geero is an e-bike produced to the highest standards that you will enjoy for many years. For a long shelf life, we recommend regular maintenance, especially for the moving parts. You can find all information on this in our instructions for use, which are sent to each Geero upon delivery.

    If your questions are not adequately answered in the instructions for use, we are happy to help you by phone (free of charge from AT and DE at: 0800 55 66 40 517) or by email (at: office@geero.bike).

    In addition to the seller's statutory warranty, we take on the following voluntary manufacturer's warranty for the frame:

    - For the frame (dimensional stability, breakage, cracks and the like) the guarantee period is 5 years from delivery.

    The guarantee expires if the damage to the frame is caused by incorrect storage or operating errors, improper repairs, accidents or the like.

    The prerequisite for the assertion of the manufacturer's guarantee is the submission of the invoice and the precise description of the defect.

    Yeply is a mobile bicycle workshop that carries out small repairs or the servicing of your Geero e-bike directly on site.

    It is an official partner of Geero, which serves as a contact point for services.

    Trained employees and suitable spare parts directly on-site - our goal with the cooperation is to enable our customers to provide quick service on-site.

    Yeply is on the road with so-called service trucks in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Hamburg.

  • What do I have to consider?

    These are not authorised workshops or partners of Geero.

    The listed workshops are so-called “free” workshops, which accept bicycles from different manufacturers and serve as a contact point for a service for your bicycle.

    You can visit the workshops for all classic “bicycle ailments” (brakes, gears, tires ...). However, if your Geero has a defect that affects the motor, battery or electronics, please contact us directly so that we can find a joint solution.
