    • What is Bikerepair?

Would you like to have your Geero checked up? No problem! Bikerepair is a quality service right around the corner from you.

At Bikerepair you will find a large number of bicycle workshops in your area where they will be happy to take care of your Geero.

You can find the website here: Bikerepair

    • What do I have to consider?

These are no authorised workshops or partners of Geero.

The workshops listed on Bikerepair are so-called "independent" workshops, which accept bikes from a wide variety of manufacturers and serve as a contact point for service of your bike.

You can visit the workshops for all classic "bicycle ailments" (brakes, gears, tires ...). However, if your Geero has a defect affecting the motor, battery or electronics, please contact us directly so that we can find a solution together.

If you are unsure whether the bicycle workshop is the best solution for you, you are welcome to contact us so that we can help you.

    3. Geero Returns
    • I no longer have my shipping box, what can I do?

If you didn't keep your Geero's original shipping box, you can just order a new one here

The total price of € 49.90 (incl. VAT) includes the appropriate box for your Geero as well as the necessary packaging material for the return shipment.

Since the environment is very close to our hearts, we are continuously working to develop further in the field of climate and environmental protection.
Support us in our endeavour by keeping the shipping box - if possible - instead of disposing of it.

      Why? Quite simply:

      • You contribute a significant part to climate and environmental protection.
      • You avoid unnecessary waste production and help us conserve resources.
      • You always have the exact box for any check-ups of your Geero e-bike immediately at hand!

So enough reasons to keep the Geero shipping box! :)
      Thank you for your assistance!

    • What do I have to consider when returning?

The return is free of charge for you if you use our return label. You can request and download it here. To ensure that your Geero is not damaged during shipping, please note the following:

      • Pack and protect your Geero with enough packing material. You can find a video about this here.
      • A possibly existing front fender must be dismantled.
      • Remove any self-assembled personal items such as lights, horns, mirrors, or speedometers.

Further information on returns can be found here.
